We’ll be pragmatically ‘process-driven’, nourishing the root, not fixated on the fruit. This means our outcomes will only come from building upon our sustained fortitude; the reps, the sets, our focused accumulating efforts. Making your workouts fun and varied, in a supportive encouraging atmosphere, with manageable yet stimulating progression, balanced with appropriate rest, will make your fitness journey enjoyable & ultimately satisfying.
With scientifically validated & real-world, tried and tested strategies HOL-FIT is an effective multifaceted total systems training and nutritional approach that will take your health and fitness goals to an embodied reality. Your goal-specific & anatomy-specific training, mobility and nutrition will start with a solid foundation adopting a correct hierarchy of priorities, meaning we’ll address factors that are most significant (give the most ROI) before going into ever finer detail. How your body actually responds to your set training and nutrition is periodically measured and individually adapted… it ‘evolves’. This conscious consistent tracking makes the process optimal and efficient, we then can accelerate your goals in the quickest time possible!
HOL-FIT offers Lincoln-based Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching at the local level. Train in a private studio that facilitates strength and conditioning or HIIT style workouts. For newcomers the studio is a safe space, totally non-judgemental where you’ll feel valued, appreciated and can grow in confidence. If in the Lincoln area (5 miles radius) then training can be arranged at your home or public space (must offer car parking) for complete convenience. As a HOL-FIT client you’re not just a paying customer but treated as a whole person. You’ll be attentively listened to, asked how your life is outside of training, & we’ll have a laugh in-between our training.
Online services are also available giving HOL-FIT global reach, you can train at home, as you travel or in your own gym. This is delivered via your very own HOL-FIT training app coupled with accompanying video call coaching support. Structured tuition is suitable for either an absolute beginner, who’ll be completely looked after, or an experienced trainer, who needs their training optimised from a pro.
