Your personalised training, mobility work, nutritional coaching as well as lifestyle advise will be completely bespoke & monitored throughout, based on your goals, your anatomy, your starting level and your individual responses. HOL-FIT was established in 2006 by former athlete and coach Stephen Gidlow. Steve is a passionate ambassador of everything truly fitness, health and well-being orientated. He has an authentic concern for the welfare of others and the condition of our life-enabling planet. I’ve been on my own personal journey to discover what optimal health truly is both physically and psychologically. This has led me to adopted a holistic way of living that includes functional strength training, a wholefoods diet & a yoga/mindfulness practice. I value Integrity, quality, calmness, long-term thinking, adventure, a balanced lifestyle & an eco-conscious way of living. With my ability to listen, can-do attitude, solution-orientated focus & over 15 years’ coaching experience, I’ve successfully trained thousands of clientele with a wide range of goals and abilities from de-stressing professionals, weight loss transformations, sculpting lean bodies for a special event, improving athletic performance & optimising vitality etc. Current clientele and my abundant reviews stand as testament.
HOL-FIT offers you your very own exclusive private studio, fully equipped with functional free-weight strength and conditioning equipment & HIIT style kit. It’s a completely friendly safe space, totally non-judgemental where you’ll feel valued, appreciated whilst growing in confidence & ability. HOL-FIT also has global reach with online services, this is delivered via your very own personal HOL-FIT training app coupled with accompanying video call coaching support. This opens up the possibility to train with HOL-FIT in any gym, at your own home or as you travel.
